By creating an account and using this platform ("the Service") you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets you generate images and videos from text prompts using third-party AI providers. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you create.
2. Acceptable use (SFW only)
This is a strictly SFW platform. You may not generate sexual, explicit, violent, hateful, or illegal content, or content depicting minors. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
3. Wallet & payments
Your wallet holds prepaid credit in euros. Each generation deducts its price from your balance before processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Balance has no cash value beyond use on the Service.
4. Refunds
Failed generations are automatically refunded to your wallet. See our Refund Policy.
5. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for provider downtime, generation quality, or indirect damages.
