Automatic refunds
If a generation fails, its full price is automatically returned to your wallet — you are never charged for failed work.
Top-ups
Wallet top-ups are prepaid purchases of a digital service. Unused balance can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase, in line with EU consumer law, provided it has not been spent.
